Real Places Inc (RPI) - The Pennsylvanian

This building is inspired and modeled after the Pennsylvanian, formerly Union Station, a train station converted into luxury apartments in Pittsburgh, PA. Each floor hand crafted to be unique with custom colors matched to the actual interior of the lobbies of the Pennsylvanian.

Ground floor contains room for a security office, kitchen, and the grand hall is rentable to become your canteen. There is a suite of bathrooms with showers, a few small server closets, as well as 3 reception desk accompanied by security tables at the main entrances.

Basement with a large array of server room / tax haven storage options.
Floors 1 - 4 are converted to variable size offices.
Floor 5 and 9 remains unconverted apartments that contain bathrooms with showers. Floor 9 has a very large loft apartment that spans up to floor 10.
Floors 6 and 7 are converted to variable size offices.
Floor 8 is converted to one large rentable office suite with variable size sub-offices.
Floor 10 is converted to variable size offices.

Smoke detectors, cameras, and lights in common areas are installed. Two emergency stair cases, 5 very large, and 2 large elevators to service the building. Sprinklers are installed in every area of the building. You will have to install the lights in your rental areas. Starter rental on Floor 1 behind the elevators.

This one still mostly uses the traditional bathroom stall with sinks in a main area layout, which seems to still cause some sickness at times in play testing. I might decide to change this into the bathroom styles from the ground floor.

There is no manufacturing space.

This has been tested with the latest Beta 1.5
