Description
The current Portable Stairs prop seen on Well's last point, and on a number of other maps, has a noticeable quirk where the railings are invisible on the "Low" model detail setting. That is what this intends to fix.

With this proposed fix, the railings will be retained on low model detail, making it less of a headache for players and mappers alike.
