Sharp Plug Indicator [Pre Repentance]

Adds a sprite near the spacebar item chargebar when you have the 'Sharp Plug' item or effect from something like lemegeton. Works for Esau/player 2 in co-op.
Because there is no way for a pre-repentance mod to tell what your settings are, you have to change the hudoffset variable to match what your hud offset setting is.
You can do that by going into the developer console and typing 'offset <0-10>'. Fortunately at least I can make it save that value.
