Historical Land & Naval Sizes

Description
Gives every nation a modifier that halves the land and naval forcelimit.

Note: rebels does not get affected by this, I may change this in the future but for now rebels are actually scary and dangerous.

The aim is to reduce world wide manpower and forcelimit for more historical sizes and battles sizes.

The regiment cost modifiers also increases maintenence, making economy balanced even with half forcelimit.
The forcelimit modifier also cut down the vassal contribution.
Forts have a -33% garrison size to balance out the required troops to make a siege.

Have you considered nerfing naval modifiers?

@Tml yes I agree, but as I said in the description I only made a triggered modifiers and to reduce the troops needed to besiege I would need to change the game files and the mod will not be very compatible, I you are playing a small nation this mod really sucks because of that otherwise is a personal use for me so I will not try to make changes further than that I belive.

How to play if you need to besiege a fortress of say 9 thousand limit, any castle in the first era is invincible, it's just stupid.
But the idea in general is good

why? if you economy can handle more troops than you forcelimit is fair that you can go over forcelimit, you are paying more anyway, same for AI, on the start of the game almost every nation will delete half of their forces.
