Attrition Damage Values

When we had the mod limit in place I had a single gigantic mod that contained all of the changes I found along the way. These are the attrition values I have been playing with for the last while. If you think anything needs changed feel free to comment!

Note: Attrition from siege is so high because I use Siege Attrition Tweaks by iCT, which gives garrisons three turns of no losses before attrition hits them.
