make ceasar‘s stickers can apply to LIG，two mods are required，if you want the mod to work normally，you must place the mod on top of these two mod in mod manager

My mod doesn't modify the ui, so if you want a without smoky makeup‘s ui, you'll have to put ceasar‘s stickers on top of LIG’ reskin (only kislev,Because ceasar's modification of the soldier card did not take effect on the empire)
