el addon no lo activara al subscribirse para ello se requiere el siguiente programa GCFScape Dicho eso solo es subscribirse al addon entrar al juego esperar que carguen los addons salir y con el programa arrastrar el addon y asi tener acceso a archivo formato bik ya realizado solo lo agarra colocarlo en el escritorio crear carpeta hacer 5 copias y ponerles el nombre l4d2_background01 hasta el 5 entrar en los archivos locales a l4d2 y en media ponerlos reemplazar y listo su fondo
