Heirs of Dragonstone

Description
This mod adds two new titles: a kingdom-level Dragonstone and a duchy of Driftmark.

If the holder of Dragonstone is of Valyrian descent, they will be titled "Prince." Otherwise they will be titled the typical "Lord Paramount."

This mod modifies no vanilla files and only alters the event files that affect the duchy of Dragonstone to affect the new kingdom instead and should be compatible with pretty much anything.
