Description

Adds Rsc Display for use as an overlay during missions that you want to make look like a body cam is in use (great with helmet mounted camera mod).

To use run the command to turn on:
"axon" cutrsc ["RscBodycam","PLAIN",-1,false];
use the following to turn off:
"axon" cuttext ["","PLAIN"];
