Passive Rebalance

Description
Respiration - At the start of the Scene and after using a Combat Page, restore 1 Light if current Light is 0
Corpse Cleanup - cost is lowered to 2, When another character dies, recover 10% Max. HP at the end of that Scene (Max. 12)
Reaction Force - If the character did not use any pages for a Scene, gain 2 Protection and Stagger Protection this scene as well as 1 Strength and Endurance next Scene
Puffy Brume - cost is increased to 4
Sooty Thwack - cost is increased to 3
Stimulating Fumes - Once per Scene, if the character has 'Smoke', respond to a one-sided attack with a Evade die [Roll: 5~(5+Smoke/2)]. (Not played in clashes where both characters use a Combat Page)
Seeing Through Weaknesses - Upon attacking the enemy with 5 or more stacks of Fragile, if they aren't "Immune" or "Fatal" their resistance against the type is lowered for the rest of the Act. (applies separately for Physical and Stagger resists, each resistance can be lowered once)
Information Assessment - At the end of the Scene, a random enemy's resistance to a random damage type changes to "Normal" for the Scene. (Chosen from resistances at least one of which is "Endured" and randomly chosen between Physical and Stagger resists) (the last part was there in vanilla but was not mentioned)
Charged Shield - reduced cost to 2
Charged Shield and Energy Discharge - removed emotion level requirement
Breaing Pressure - now also deals 2 stagger damage upon winning a clash
Myo's prowess - When using a Combat Page, all dice on the page gain Power against targets with slower Speed. (+1 Power per 3 points of difference, up to 3)
Rabbit Augmentation - For every 30% of Max. HP lost this Act, gain 1 Haste at the start of each Scene. (Up to 3). When rolling Dice, if targeted Speed Die is slower, Dice Power +1.
Compressed Charge-stimulated Muscleforce - lowered cost to 2. If the character has 11 or more Charge at the start of the Scene, gain 2 Haste.
Brainwave Charge-focusing Antlers - increases stagger damage dealt by 4 instead of 2
Survivor - additionally takes 4 less damage from attacks while stagggered(unaffected by resistances and other damage modifiers)
Stilleto - cost is lowered to 6. Pierce Dice Power +1, Blunt and Slash Dice Power -1. Dice gain +1 Power against targets with Bind.
Mercy - activates at less than half health now
Offensive position - activates only when unit isnt staggered or immobilized
Readied position - cost is lowered by 2, protection and stagger protection is gained on the turn unit is immobilized instead
Changed costs of
Toughness - 4
Carver of scars - 4
Rupture wound - 3
Madness, smoke overflow, excess supply, psych up - 3
Grasping Vulnerabities - 1
Sen and lesti gain speed
Blade Lineage Cutthroats and Lius section 1 fixers gain singular strike
