Adds three new mechs - VTOL, Sniper and Jackhammer

Jackhammer Mech:
- Melee mech
- Attacks land units at close range
- Generates shield when deals damage
- Creates shockwaves that damage units

Sniper Mech:
- Deployable mech
- Deals massive damage on high range
- Cannot attack when undeployed
- Ignores shield and directly damages hull
- Weak against buildings

VTOL Mech:
- Medium-sized mech
- Attacks air and land units with two rocket launchers
- Can fly, but in fly mode it fires much slower
