360 degree firing huntsmen

Description
Huntsmen, the White Wolves firing 360 degree shot.

Originally, the Huntsman unit shared a battle_entity like Free Company, but a new entity was created and assigned to the Huntsman unit. The basic specifications are the same as Free Company, but acceleration and deceleration are handled the same way as Huntsman General. There are no other modifications to the unit specifications.
