修正MECR与UI Overhaul Dynamic同时加载时UI界面混乱的问题。

把这个补丁排在它们两个的下方。

20啥情况不知道，我还没试，但是目前我这把星海共同体开了，没有兼容看着也没啥问题，按钮没被遮，成员国清单也没乱，目前处于一个没有兼容好像也完全没有影响的状态2333

是基础版UOD呀，我也不知道什么情况，之前3.14的时候是没有这个问题的，更了4.21就这样了

我试了一下还是不行，不知道因为啥，开始新游戏进度条到了加载地图那一步就会崩溃（还有就是佬你这条回复审核了快两天才出来，steam什么效率......）

@hzx1830928501 加载顺序按MECR、UIOD、兼容补丁试一试？我自己测试时按这个顺序是没问题的。
没有兼容补丁的话星海共同体按钮会被总览菜单遮住来着，共同体界面的成员国清单也会乱掉

不是冲突，我试了一下，仅仅开启UOD，MECR和兼容模组，开始新游戏仍然会闪退，但是只要关闭兼容模组就没事了；不过我看着没有兼容好像也没什么影响，提案啥的都在也都能点，我先就这么玩吧，或者我把兼容模组删了重下试试？

佬，为什么打开这个我加载地图就会闪退啊，UOD我是打开的，版本是4.0.21，反而把它关了就没事了，不知道没这个兼容MECR会是啥样，我还没来得及试

@Skeletor Thank you for telling me this method. My friend has also encountered this problem in other mod before, and I had to guide him to manually write a descriptor file to solve the problem.:steamfacepalm:
