Rotated Maps

This mod rotates five Vanilla maps by ninety degrees: Pillars, The Cliff, Nyx's Eye, Canyon, -sigh- Caltrop, as well as two modded maps: Honeycomb and Yukon.

Rotating modded maps is an experiment. Please report any oddness or instability in the Nebulous discord (I read comments here maybe once a year).

Octrees rotated as well, and are only generated at runtime if one does not already exist. They should behave much better than previous iterations.

Initially Requested by Dragon#8663 and Hawk Stardrake#0383 in the Nebulous Discord, among others.

Built on the map-editing framework laid down by someusername6#5733, without which this would have taken a good bit longer. Built using the code-only modding framework built by Alexbay218#0295.
