Jeremy Clarkson's Civilisation VI

Description
This mod adds the man himself, Jeremy Clarkson, as a playable leader into Civilisation.

Current implementation:

- Adds Leader, Jeremy Clarkson and his country, Clarksonia.
- Fully written dialogue in the style of the big JC when he is AI.
- Adds a unique building, Diddly Squat Farm, which provides 2 food for 2 gold per turn.
- Adds unique traits - Orangutan Politics (+1 Military slot for all governments), Top Gear (All units gain 60% more experience).

@Gibsonn lol yeah definitely and also some more tweaks to his ai to be more distinctive, i'm not sure if using Gorgo's With Your shield or on it Agenda suits him 100%
