This war paint is based on the freighter prop that first appeared in cp_granary. It has "Royal" printed on the side, which makes me think of the Royal Yacht, the HMY Britannia. But it's not like this color scheme is exclusive to that yacht, and this is a freighter, after all.
You'll often see freighters and trains carrying large metal shipping containers like the ones you see all over in TF2. Granary's middle point, for example! Are these containers filled with grain, or the dangerous missiles that are hidden in the team's spawn rooms? The worldbuilding!
