Due to the modular design of tc_hydro, either team is able to own "The Power Plant" control point. According to the developer commentary, the design team was tasked with making sure the middle capture points of Hydro were neutral in color and team ownership, only opting to use the team colors for each team’s final capture point.

This capture point has some unique colors going on here - desaturated, redish-purplish treadplates, the teal and turquoise machinery and the off-white brick walls.
