TNO - Nation Buff For All

Description
TNO devs love to add (or remove) new nations, conflicts and paths, yet they also tend to forget to add the custom paths game rules to cover their new content...
This mod does not solve that, at least not directly, rather, it gives it a "one-size-fits-all" solution by giving YOU, the player, the capacity of empowering the nation of your choice in the game rule menu!

This mod does NOT add content to said nations, it just makes the slider thingy available for them all.
