Need 3 Star of the City Book to invite
This is a mod about Sinners and their Skills from Limbus Company.
I tried to transfer the Skills from Limbus Company to LoR, but without any new mechanics, effects or passivities.

Why does this need 3 SotC books when the cards are mostly Urban Plague/Nightmare level? Not that I'm bitching that they're weak (they're quite useful at times even at Impuritas) it's just that they should really be lower down on the latter.

might wanna relook at some of the sinner's ego some dont have effects and a few are spelled wrong by a single letter otherwise very fun to mess with and thx for making it
