VIP Job

Adds a new VIP job for roleplay or meme purposes, that is almost entirely support!
They also can get a wad of cash that they can smack into crewmates' faces to give them buffs and marks.

Job Description:
Another Big Shot of Europa who happened to travel along in your crew's submarine. Will they bring you great benefits, or will they bring you destruction?

Talent Trees

• Big Shot, gives you some extra Sales in outpost shops, but less sell value boost than Captain's "tradesman" perk (They stack together), and lets you get wads of cash after each mission which you can give to others.
  
• Save Me!, some buffs that allow you to stay alive longer, so you can be rescued, or some buffs for others' medical skills.
  
• Very Important Person, same as Captain's Politician Tree. You get medals to give to others.

• The VIP has 20 less HP than other jobs, leaving them at a maximum of 80 base HP.
  
• You can only have 1 VIP player at a time. In singleplayer, you can obtain 1 VIP at the start of the game.
  
• Their first talent is the one that gives them the "VIP" buff/debuffs. But it gives them a -100% skill learning penalty. You can grind some stats before that.
  
• First talent can a have dangerous debuff compared to buff, but I think the talents that come afterwards more than make up for it later on.

If they have the first talent, and they are alive when the round ends, your missions will get boosts. If they are dead on the other hand while that same talent is acquired, then your missions will have debuffs. If they have yet to acquire that first talent, then no effect.
