Comfy Cottages - FULL COLLECTION (Levels 1-5)

Description
Comfy Cottages - House Pack L5
by ziLLieness

Info:
  • Includes four 2x2 cottage homes. These are growable in low density residential zones.
  • All buildings are Level 5. Get the other levels from the full collection!
  • This is the no props version. I plan to add a version with props in the future.
  • No additional props or mods required to use these assets.

Specs:
  • Scale 1:1
  • Main: 499 - 616 tris // 1024x1024 textures (D/N/S/I/C)
  • LOD: 84 - 94 tris // 128x128 textures (D/N/S/I/C)
  • All buildings share the same textures. Use the "Loading Screen" mod to get the most out of this optimization.

How to Use - Beginner Help:

Place houses manually:
By default, these spawn in low density residential zones. You can also use the "Find It!" mod to search for these assets and plop them manually. Search for: "zillie" or "comfycottages"

Place near gravel roads:
By default, the front walkways line up with paved roads. Gravel roads are narrower, so use the "Move It!" mod to slide the cottages closer to the edge of gravel roads.

Customize a district style:
If you only want specific buildings to spawn in a district (including these ones), use the "Building Themes" mod or "District Styles Plus" mod. If you add these assets to a style using the vanilla style editor, these assets may show up as missing (but they aren't). This seems to be an issue with custom assets in general.

@Audiopulse The only difference is the level. You can just subscribe to the level 1 buildings, or you can subscribe to them all if you prefer the buildings to level up as your city grows. Some people like to mix and match, like using assets of a certain type for levels 1-2, and other assets for levels 3-5 to show visual progression as their city grows.

I dont see a difference in between the various levels to these cottages...? They look nice, but I cant decide which I should sub and which I might pass for the moment.

Thanks for your work. Maybe add at "Place near gravel roads:" information about Zoning adjuster, that fixes this.... "Building Themes" is deprecated (and even unlisted by the creator) and superseded by District Style Plus.

If you plan to add trees in the future. Level one small trees, Level 3 medium size trees, Level 5 mature trees.
