Hi,

I was disappointed with the newer office starter buildings that I always had to move out of right away as they all had too small rooms with not much space for decoration and variety so I made this one for my personal use but thought others might be in my situation also.

Features:
Open plan reception.
Kitchen
Two meeting tables.
Air conditioning and Heating in every office.
Fire test passed.
Basement for small operation.
8 Offices on the lower floor
2 Large offices on second floor.
1 Small office on second floor suitable for support team.
2 Large offices on third floor.

It's good for a starter building that you can build up to owning the whole buildings rent, its a city property so good for finding employees to start out.

Start with 1 Office on bottom floor, all toilets and kitchen area are accessible.
