Save End-Turn Notify Setting

Description
Intro
This mod saves end-turn notify settings and will apply the setting on your new campaign start

How to use
1. Set your desired settings in the MCT
2. Start a game
3. If somehow it wasn't applied, click the newly created button. (The one below the disable all button)

FAQ
Q. Do you use it?
A. I always turn everything on, so I think I won't use it, but I think someone might need it.
