Description
Sign D-48 informs driver about a recent priority/road changes in an certain area. For example we got a basic intersection with 4 roads: A, B, C and D. Before the road works Road A and B got priority, but after the road works road C and D. The sign itself is very rare, not even used everytime when theres a new traffic organisation.

Litteral translation from Polish to English (text on the sign) is: priority change
