Dynamic NPC Replacer

Description
Replaces an NPC with one of your choosing in real time. Includes two convars:
NPCReplacer_OldNPC - The NPC to be replaced
NPCReplacer_NewNPC - the new NPC to take the old one's place

For example, replacing kleiner with a zombie would look like this:
NPCReplacer_OldNPC npc_kleiner
NPCReplacer_NewNPC npc_zombie

make multi replace version. i main this:

NPCReplacer_OldNPC1 npc_kleiner

NPCReplacer_NewNPC1 npc_zombie

NPCReplacer_OldNPC2 npc_alyx

Problem: Npcs who are supposed to use weapons dont spawn with weapons if they replace another npc

Yeah, that would be nice, being able to replace more than one npc.
