Description

Resprites and renames Rotten Baby to be more like everyone's favorite floating fly dispenser!

Includes a new name, description and textures (despite the youtube video showing no new name)

Affects both the normal and Lil Delirium versions of rotten baby.

same issue here, EID always saying is pending to pick up, despite showing as found in the stats page

this only changes images and text files so no idea how that would happen, sorry. Don't know enough about isaac modding to say if it could be caused by this or not

I looked in the "stuff I found page" and its there and still saying it needs to be picked up for the collection page lol, probally just a visual bug!

When I pick up the item its Always tells me I need to pick this up for the collection with the eid mod (not sure if theres more mods conflicting) even after I pick it up is this only a visual bug or does it not count for the collection page?
