COF - Stanger
It is the only nextbot that cannot be killed by QTGhacker, but that’s it. He can kill players, nextbots and NPCs when they get close to him. And when players approach him, he will cry and cover their screens with Munci’s eyes. He cannot be killed normally.

and if so is it a npc from like a community map? cuz im pretty sure there is no npc named "Stranger" in the main campaign and the doctor's campaign
