Novum Vexillum GDP Mode

Description
This is a GDP mode for Novum Vexillum. GDP does not affect the game, but it can add flavor to the game.

GDP is calculated based on the number of factories and the Economy Status. A developing country will have a lower GDP.

Original Mode: TWR GDP screen

Just asking, could you maybe add real GDP amounts? For example, Germany has around 4 trillion dollars GDP.

@Roneo You're right. But this mode is modified to take into account the scale in 2000 and national development level.
