Transitionary Combine Heavy Shotgunner: NPC

A NPC version of the transitionary overwatch heavy shotgunner playermodel. This addon was made possible by Tonys' Playermodel Version of these models, and huge thanks to TheParryGod for the original transition period shotgunner model. By the way, their fingers a ♥♥♥♥♥♥, because valve made it so that normal combine only have 3 fingers and not 5 on each hand. Either someone teaches me to make it just like the hl2 combine, or it will stay like this, or somebody makes a better one than this.
