Description
Nearly 1:1 build of the Highways from Little Rock.
Google Maps[www.google.com]
There is only 1 Timed Traffic Light setting there is flow=0, Timings 0...20 for the Highway, 0...10 for the On-Ramp. So If there is no one waiting it goes to the next step.
The Retaining Wall is only at one Spot for better looks, but the Asset works also without it.

TM:PE, Intersection Marking Tool & Node Controller Renewal recommended.
