Description
Each Ruler now starts with 2 Extra Skillpoints.

Does not affect Heroes - affects Rulers only.
All humans and AI receive these modifiers.

Purpose
Are Rulers too bland at the start of the game? Define their skills a little bit more, while still staying close to a vanilla power-level to not imbalance the game. Your Ruler should be stronger than a genertic hero!

Make sure to assign your Skillpoints right away as you might not receive a notification for these extra Skillpoints.

Combination Mods using this:
Higher Level Cap + Starting Ruler Skillpoints - Increases Max Level to 30, Signature Skills to 6, and adds 2 Starting Skillpoints to Rulers.

As said below, bodies of a lot of races disppear with this mod, sadly
But what you can do it start a game with this mod to get the 2 skillpoints and disable it afterwards. You keep the points!

So far, as of Ogre Beta, this mod is not benefiting Eldritch or Dragon rulers. Do with this information what you will. (I love this mod.)

Just wanted to say what the guy beneath me said, but it seems to affect lots of different races (goat, simian, human, elf, and more). The bug stopped completely after disabling this mod.

dunno why since this is not apparently a visual mod but with this mod turned on with goat faction form one my hired heroes at the start of the game had their head cut off at the neck. the other two newly hired heroes did not have this problem, or I fixed the problem my assigning them a different clothing outfit. all of these newly hired heroes were of the same faction type as my ruler (whose head was firmly attached)

the ruler did not received added starting skill points so I will have to keep this mod turned off until both the functional and graphical bugs are fixed. but it worked great six months ago when I last used it (before the recent wolf game update)

Hello, if you have the time, I was wondering if you could tell me how you were able to give Godir Champions an extra 2 skill points at start, but not recruited heroes? As far as I can tell there is one available lever for extra skill points, and it affects both of them.

With the new update, somehow this mod messes up some rulers by making them floating heads with no bodies.

for some reason this mod doesn't work with eldritch rulers they are the only one ruler class that doesn't get starting points

Hello. Could you make another version of the mod where the ruler has 5 skill points at the start?
So to speak, a version where the ruler is really powerful

It does actually take away the +20 draft that Champion rulers have now.
