Yan Baihu Hair Reskin

Added more hair for Yan Baihu so now he has more than three strands. I remember seeing Yan Baihu in the campaign map and thinking "Surely this is a visual bug, no way CA made something that looks this awful." Then I opened up Variant Editor and sure enough that abomination was there. Not sure who at CA thought this looked fine, bro literally looks like he's a few steps from suffering hair loss
