Vehicle Lock

Description
This modification adds:

The ability to set a PIN code for any vehicle, even modded;

The PIN code must be entered when rejoining the server/after death/moving away from the vehicle by ~1 km;
The PIN code makes it possible to lock / unlock the transport, both remotely ~ 15 meters, and with direct interaction. (Keybindings are assigned in game settings);
If the car is locked, NOBODY, including the owner, will be able to open the doors without the PIN, but if it is unlocked, then any player can interact;
The PIN code can be reset by breaking the door or through a special action if it is allowed in the config.

The PIN code can be set if:
The player started the engine and if the machine does not have a PIN code already.
