European style Motorway/Highway Gantry Sign

Pretty long name, right? Anyways, We got 2 signs on a truss connecting two poles over the highway. The blue sign informs where the road will eventually lead to or where it ends, or if it will pass a major city. Smaller, red sign on the blue sign represents the name of the major road that leads to the specific location. Right now the sign says "A2" which is "Autostrada 2", which translates to "Highway 2". Next, the green sign on the right side informs drivers about the next exit ramp or intersection. The yellow sign on the green sign informs what road leads to the location, except this time it's an inter-city express road. That is Express Road 73 in a specific region. Arrows inform driver if he should turn or still drive straight on the next intersection if he wants to arrive to a certain location.
