After-School Tea Time - Don't Say "Lazy":
Theaters are unlocked with the Code of Laws civic.
Theaters receive major adjacency bonus for being adjacent to another district (instead of minor adjacency bonus), this adjacency bonus can also provide Production.
All Production adjacencies provide Tourism after researching the Electricity technology.

Light Music Club:
Replace Broadcast Center. Provide more Great Person point.
Can provide more Culture and Production when Powered.

Light Music Band:
Replace Rock Band. Can be produced with Production or purchased with Gold.
For every rock band purchased by any other civilization, the Light Music Band gets +10% Tourism for its concerts. (Up to +100% Tourism)

Yui Hirasawa - Fuwa Fuwa Time:
Each Specialized District can provide+ 1 Amenity to located city.
Each Civic Boost can increases Production and Culture yield for capital city by 10% (up to 100%).
If the civic "Opera and Ballet" is not completed, you get 1 Great Writer when you get a Civic Boost (up to 5).
When "Opera and Ballet" is completed, you get 1 Great Musician when you get a Civic Boost (up to 5).
