Let's assume there are two players.
How the mode works:

The second player needs to raise their hands (default is F1 - can be changed in settings).
The first player can either search the person (dropdown menu).
Or arrest them - blocking their actions.

With the handcuffs mod, you can only be arrested if handcuffs are present ("Cuffs")

Is this a fixed version or something? The original mod has a very darn important problem with desyinc. This one does too?

Why duplicating the code ? you could have override the modified part instead.
