Increase to wood elves combat stats

- AMMO ( never run out of ammo as the forest provides almost infinite ammo as your settlements grow)
- Melee attack & melee defence & armour
-Temples to Wood elf gods provide extra benefits
-Oak of ages provides massive buffs as you reach higher levels

modified some values so they arent that ridiculous at late game - armour/def/attack. you are still buffed but you can die now
