need to change <EnvironmentTexture>Textures\BackgroundCube\Final\BackgroundCube_hw2_m01</EnvironmentTexture> to this <EnvironmentTexture>Textures\BackgroundCube\Final\BackgroundCube_hw2_m01.dds</EnvironmentTexture>

otherwise mod is broken
