Thank you for checking this! I initially tried that myself and had no luck, but your comment inspired me to give it another go and this time it worked, so I've updated the mod and the problem is solved. I think I was using wh2_dlc15_hef_imrik rather than wh2_main_hef_imrik on the first attempt and that was the issue.

Thanks for your work. Now I'm finishing the game for Imrik. This is a cheat, but "add unit AK_hef_sea_" helped me :)
There may be a conflict with one of your other mods - I started up a Nagarythe campaign just now with only Sea Patrol and this mod enabled, and I can recruit the full roster with no issues.
I can hire a sea-lord or re-federate Kofik. They (lords) move around the map, can build their own buildings, but do not appear in the recruitment roster: marines, mirvym and other units of the mod/ Only standart roster of game: lothern guard, silver helms and white lions
