There is one last faction you should add, guardians of calith. it is part of the Immortal Empire Expanded and SCM's LCCP factions. Seeing what was added are on the vanilla IE, I understand why they are not included.

Thank you for checking this! I initially tried that myself and had no luck, but your comment inspired me to give it another go and this time it worked, so I've updated the mod and the problem is solved. I think I was using wh2_dlc15_hef_imrik rather than wh2_main_hef_imrik on the first attempt and that was the issue.

Thanks for your work. Now I'm finishing the game for Imrik. This is a cheat, but "add unit AK_hef_sea_" helped me :)

Did some tinkering to the original mod and added imriks faction to the units in units_to_groupings_military_permissions_tables, just tested and am now able to recruit sea patrol units in my imrik campaign

Figured out the issue. Imrik (and only Imrik) can't recruit the new Sea Patrol units on his Sea Helm lords. Everything else works fine for him, and the new units are fully functional on every other faction. I have no idea why this is and Cataph doesn't know either, so I'm just gonna peg this as a "known issue" for now and take Knights of Caledor off the supported factions list. If anyone wants to take a look at this, lemme know!

There may be a conflict with one of your other mods - I started up a Nagarythe campaign just now with only Sea Patrol and this mod enabled, and I can recruit the full roster with no issues.

I can hire a sea-lord or re-federate Kofik. They (lords) move around the map, can build their own buildings, but do not appear in the recruitment roster: marines, mirvym and other units of the mod/ Only standart roster of game: lothern guard, silver helms and white lions

I'm not sure why it isn't working for you, but this is still fully functional in my game as of today (4.2)

Can you give me some more details on this? I'm not seeing any unintended buildings as Aislinn or any other faction.

i think it's dont working in 4.2. I'm started campain for Imrik, Eltarion..and i'm not see units of sea patrol. You can see them only then started play for Kofik

this seems to unlock another set of buildings for aislin and sea helms horde which can make them super OP, it looks like these were unused buildings from the original mod maybe

I'll take a look, but I think that may be beyond my (VERY modest) modding capabilities. If someone else wants to make their own sub-submod for that, though, I'd be happy to help!

Could this be expanded to the Extra High elf factions in the immortal empires expanded mod? A Sea Helm Lord as the leader of those factions or of Tor Elasor makes a lot of sense. Or replacing the Tor Elasor faction lord with a Sea Helm.
