Replaces Spiffo and Spiffo Plushie with Tails the Fox. He does stuff. Good for Him.

Yeah, Spiffo is a raccoon. His original design was grey and white. Originally he was just the mascot for in the in-game fast food restaurant "Spiffo's", before later being redesigned to be orange and brown as he evolved into a mascot for the game as a whole.
