Sane Tome Limits

Still limited to one Tier V Tome, for a hard cap of 9 Tomes (2 T1, 2 T2, 2 T3, 2 T4, 1 T5).
Builds matter. You now have to choose instead of being able to unlock everything.
Tome Affinity requirements remain in place.

Starting Affinities, Tier 1-2 Tome picks and Heroes now really determine the pool of higher Tier Tome choices, leading to all lategame factions seeing far more variety and being thematic in their transformations and enchantments.

Higher Tier Tome research is now costlier to make finishing everything within the bounds of one playthrough unfeasible and prolong each phase of the game.

Tier II : 1760 -> 2000 (114%)
Tier III : 5360 -> 6400 (119%)
Tier IV : 12960 -> 16400 (127%)
Tier V : 26160 -> 36400 (139%)

34960 -> 61400 (176%)

Compatibility:
Incompatible : Mods that add new Tomes - they will work but will not respect Tier Limits.

Note:
AoW 4 currently has issues with mods not loading from the workshop due to the game pointing it to a wrong directory. If this occurs for you, launch the game through the launcher with your chosen mod playlist enabled, close it, then copy the content_load.json file:
