Windows 98 Menu Sounds

Description
Simply replaces the stock gmod UI sounds for sounds from the Windows 98 Desktop Operating System


This mod will not work with existing menu sound mods.
If you have any pre-existing menu sound mods installed,
please disable or uninstall them for this mod to work


Inspired by Dashie and Retro0Breezy's previous works

@FMD69 Wizard creates WizWagons and he is still making cars for it today, Morkhelt worked on the simfphys scripts for Wizards cars but is now not doing it anymore due to simfphys apparently being hard to use.
