The USS Goober is a vehicle of absolute necessity. How are we supposed to rescue anyone without a boat? Thus, the top engineers at the Stormworks shipwrights composed this goofy nautical vessel. It features the bare minimum for one guy to do a rescue operation, like welders, seats, engines, rudders, welders, seats, did I mention engines?
However, legitimate features onboard that the stock starter boat include beds that are alarmingly close to the waterline, just barely creeping over the deck.

If you decide to legitimately use this as your starter boat, please don't. Its fuel economy is horrible. You're better off using the stock starter boat instead. On the bright side though, it has a cupholder.
