Arm of Revenge pack

Description
Character - Will

Neutral special - Gun arm
Shoots bullets at the enemy

Up special - Rising Dragon
It's a shoryuken, nothing special

Side special - Sonic Strike
Dash forward with a flaming punch, carrying the enemy with you

Down special - Revenge
First use per life, consume the revenge meter to gain super armor for max 10 seconds (time increases exponentially with damage taken, max at 73 damage)
All other uses, gain a small window of super armor while counter attacking. Doubles as a reflector

Slashes twice before performing a jumping slash

Throws a storm of kunai at the enemy

One thing tho, I think the effects on DSpec need to be fixed? Should he be bright yellow forever lol
