O.I.C.W. AR2 Replacement (2002 Edition)

A quick replacement compile this time, using the older 2002 viewmodel instead of the 2003 one, same visual polish has been added like speculars on the scope, custom normalmaps, and such enhancements on the same animation set as the previous one.

This is put together using a mix of leak assets and the sources from the repo, as some of the sources are less detailed, with a little downsampling here and there to keep the texture quality consistent across the board.
