A Wildland Fire Transport version of the NSTV-12
Feel free to modify!

Features :
- Custom Suspension
- Custom emergency lights
- 150 Brightness highbeams
- Pretty damn durable

Beacon : Emergency lights
Disable steering : High beams
Invert steering : Scene lights
Action 1,2 : Turn Signals
Interior switch : Interior lights
