No Foreign Xenotype Join Events

Description
Join events will only use xenotypes that currently exist in your colony. The more colonists you have of one xenotype, the higher the chance of it being selected. This mod was made very quickly to enable my custom preferred xenotype naked brutality run to be actually feasible.

Update 1:
You can now enable/disable for all join types and have the ability to exclude slave xenotypes from the random selection.

hey! I appear to be having a bug, where the no foriegn xenotype joining is applying to imperials coming out of a shuttle to temporarily help defend. I wont complain about a mix of sanguaphages and hussars helping me but it does kind of break immersion. Any idea why this might happen and how to fix? my current mod list is 20, around 10 being purely vanity.

Properly one of my other mods, but yer. I still get "I die from tox" Xenotypes in my Tox-Murica colony

Doesn't work. Trying to do waster run and still getting joiners of all kinds with only 3 wasters in colony. No error log either. I am running about 300 mods, including adding factions and xenotypes as well as CE (which doesn't play well with many things), so maybe there is a mod interaction issue.

Seems to not work with HAR (keep getting humans of a xenotype that should be impossible for them) but a good mod regardless. Would appreciate HAR support, though.
