No Reaper soul upkeep

Description
This mod makes Reaper have no Souls upkeep.

Also, in some cases, a player may start with a Reaper and have no Souls income. This mod prevents Reaper from gaining Low Morale penalty due to lack of Souls in early game.

What do you expect? Every game company is trying to be every other game company. Paradox is trying to be 2k and Bethesda both, at the same time, never fixing bugs, and destroying older games. Bethesda is trying to be EA. While 2k is trying to become Ubisoft, while destroying all mod usage. Ubisoft is is trying to be Activision/Blizzard monetizing the crap outta everything.

@gyozo I am not sure either. At one time Paradox had it listed as a 'Confirmed Bug' but it still has not been fixed and the source of the 'bug' is a hidden trait called 'Reaper Upkeep' or something similar to that.

To this day I'm still not sure if this is an actual bug especially with the additional way to generate souls.

It looks like they didn't fix this in the last patch. I have no idea why. Thank you for this mod!

They do need the mod, because this is an actual bug.

you don't need this mod, if you know, how work souls, find terraine with trait +1 soul for body on grave

or making the dark empire development that grants knowledge per whisperstone also give souls ^^

a bit off topic, but imagine being able to create trade routes with evil aligned free cities / vassals where you exchange gold for souls
