Topbar Improved for 3.8 – updated version of Improved Topbar - Long

--FEATURES--

Advanced resources (Volatile Motes, Exotic Gases, Rare Crystals) moved into the topbar itself
Science moved from drop-down into each individual type (Physics, Society, Engineering)
All the icons/text moved closer together

--COMPATIBILITY--

Works in multiplayer without all having to subscribe to it (no checksum changes)
Works with Universal Resource Patch
Probably won't work with other UI mods

-Versions / Updates-

Tested and working as of 3.8.2
Should work on future version as long as they don't add new icons, resource types, etc.
Will try to update if it does not work

Essentially an updated version / fork of Improved Topbar - Long so all credit goes to Yamori Yuki.
